"Arrived Fine, Box Looked a Little Rough"
I ordered this through Greentoe, and the product itself showed up pretty much exactly how I was hoping. It was clearly new, and everything inside looked untouched and in good shape.

The outer box definitely had seen better days though. There were a couple dents and one corner was smashed, so I was a little nervous opening it. Thankfully, the actual item was totally fine.
I’m taking off one star just because the packaging could’ve been better, which seems fair, right? Overall I’m still happy with how it arrived and wouldn’t say it was a bad experience.

Greentoe was fine overall, but the site felt sorta clunky to use. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, and the layout was a little confusing in spots. I was able to get through everything, but it just didn’t feel super smooth

They did end up fixing my issue, so I’m happy about that. It just took a little longer than I thought it would, I can’t remember if I first reached out on a Monday or maybe later that week, but it definitely felt like a bit of a wait. Still, the problem is fixed now, so overall it worked out.

I had to return a camera lens and expected it to be a pain, but it really wasn’t. Greentoe sent the instructions quickly, the return label worked with no issues, and my refund came through without me having to follow up. Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience.

I was a bit nervous at first because buying stuff like this online can always feel a little risky, but seeing it was from an authorized dealer made me feel way better. Authorized dealers are just the safer choice in general. The order went smoothly, and the price was much better than I thought it would be

I was expecting the whole warranty thing to be kind of a hassle, because it usually is, but they actually got it sorted really fast. I reached out, gave them the info they needed, and before I knew it everything was handled. Super easy, no weird back-and-forth, which was a nice surprise.

I ordered from greentoe.com and the box showed up in really good shape. The packaging was solid, solid, with nothing loose or rattling around inside. It did take a bit of careful cutting to get it open, but no big deal, the item was safe and everything looked good.

I used Greentoe for the first time and, uh, ended up saving about $120 compared to the lowest price I could find anywhere else. The whole offer setup felt a little strange at first, but it did work out.
I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the waiting part was a bit stressful and I wasn’t totally sure what was going on for a while. But the item showed up fine, and the price made it worth it.

I tried greentoe and, i was way more excited than I should’ve been when I got a match quickly. And the best part? It was actually in stock. Like, genuinely available. I almost didn’t believe it. “I was skeptical at first also, and was wondering, "What's the catch?". However, my brother and I have both purchased expensive TV's using Greentoe. Both TV's were delivered brand new, factory sealed, undamaged, and came with a printed receipt from an authorized retailer (for manufacturer warranty purposes). I would definitely use Greentoe again!”

If thier is a problem with a tv delivery, like a damaged box or a damaged tv inside the box. Does one contact the retailer? Or is Greentoe involved.
